There are plenty of mental health resources out there, but none just for dealing with social anxiety in uni or college students. This’ll be a place dedicated to giving strategies, sharing stories for just that!
But if you don’t have SA, don’t fear! Everyone has felt at least a little anxiety during social situations, and there might be something in here that’ll help you.
And if you’re not in uni or college – don’t fear! there are lots of situations in school that can be expanded out to other places – so give it a go. Like phone calls. Ugh.
